Ting Chen Roy

Ting Chen Roy is the President & Chief Executive Officer of DAMORPHE. She is also an executive of DAMORPHE’s selected affiliates and SBUs. Roy is a former Research Affiliate, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and among many other accolades has been a Young Scientist awardee from National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE)  and The Minerals, Metals & Materials Society (TMS). She has over 50 publications, patents, proceedings, including invited talks at NACE, TMS American Chemical Society (ACS) and Offshore Technology Conference (OTC). She has led National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) – Baker Hughes joint project in Celle, Germany, to improve fatigue life of drill collars by surface SPD. Roy holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Mechanical Engineering. 

Indranil Roy

Indranil Roy is the Chief Technology Officer of DAMORPHE. He is also an executive of DAMORPHE’s selected affiliates and SBUs. Roy is a “University of California, Regents Fellow” with a Ph.D. in Engineering focusing on design and processing of bulk nanomaterials. He also has an Executive MBA from Jones School of Business, Rice University. Roy has authored over 100 publications, proceedings and delivered numerous invited talks both nationally and internationally. He has over 80 patents/patent applications. He is the chairman of he Minerals, Metals & Materials Society (TMS) subcommittee for Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) and has served as one of ten industry advisors to TMS.

Christian Wilkinson

Chris Wilkinson is the Chief Operating Officer of DAMORPHE. He is also an executive of DAMORPHE’s selected affiliates and SBUs. Prior to his current role, Wilkinson spent 19 years in Schlumberger in various Engineering functions. His last role was as the Engineering Manager for two Engineering centers where he was responsible for New Product Development for the Drill Stem Testing, Reservoir Sampling and Analysis and Perforating product lines.  He has co-authored several publications, proceedings and patents. He has a Ph.D. from Imperial College in Mechanical Engineering.

Kenneth Sumner

Kenneth Sumner is the General Counsel of DAMORPHE, its affiliates and its SBUs. Sumner is a transactional and litigation attorney with years of experience in Business Litigation, Advising Startup Businesses, Probate, Estate Law, Estate and Trust Litigation, Contested Guardianships, and a range of other specialties. He began his career working for a large Houston Law Firm after graduation from the University of Houston Law Center in 2006. Sumner partnered with Paul Romano to open his Sugar Land law practice in 2013.

Rosemary McDonald

Rosemary McDonald is the Chief Sustainability Officer of DAMORPHE. She is also an executive of DAMORPHE’s selected affiliates and SBUs. With the guidance of our Chairman, his ESG vision and direction for green innovation and sustainable technology development goals, McDonald oversees the overall execution, mission, and efficacy of our sustainability program and her department. McDonald works closely with DAMORPHE management, employees, customers, and shareholders to address our approach to environmental responsibility with the goal to minimize our environmental impact. To hone her skills and augment her job function, McDonald plans to attend and complete a 3 week program on Sustainable Business Strategy at Harvard Business School.

Sanghamitra Chakravarty

Sanghamitra Chakravarty is the Chief Communication Officer of DAMORPHE. She is also an executive of DAMORPHE’s selected affiliates and SBUs. Chakravarty is a business executive currently overseeing Strategy, Business Change and Digital Transformation in healthcare management in the United Kingdom. She worked with Booz Allen Hamilton, Tata Consultancy Services leading complex change programs on digital and business transformations. Chakravarty is a mechanical engineer by trade, and also holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and further honed her leadership skills at the London Business School.

Leonard Harp

Leonard Harp is the Chief Marketing Officer of DAMORPHE. He is also an executive of DAMORPHE’s selected affiliates and SBUs, currently focused on energy and energy transition. Harp has spent over 36 years with Schlumberger in various leadership roles. During his tenure, as the US Land Business Development Manager and Sales Director, he was accountable for development of their marketing strategy across US Land. Post Schlumberger, Harp assumed responsibilities as the Sales and Marketing Director for C&J Energy Services and later as the Director of Marketing and Business Development for GR Energy Services. 

Rich Maloney

Rich Maloney is an executive of DAMORPHE Consumer Tech to be formed. He is a business leader with 38 years of experience holding a multitude of C-suite level roles within the retail consumer industry. Maloney served as President & CEO within Macy’s Corporation including four additional executive roles over the course of two decades. In addition, he held the role as the President, COO and CMO of Stage Stores Inc. overseeing the company’s more than 900 U.S. stores, digital properties and it’s multi-billion dollar operating revenue. Maloney is also the founder and chairman of Remark, a group of retail senior level executives, advising private equity firms on retail acquisitions with value creation opportunities. 

Hesham Morsi

Hesham Morsi is an executive of DAMORPHE Healthcare to be formed. He is an honored member of the American Board of Neurosurgeons and radiologists, specializing in diagnostic neuroradiology and more. Morsi is the Director, Neuro Endovascular surgery at HCA Healthcare. He has been a clinical associate professor and a fellow at the Endovascular Surgical Neuroradiology, at Baylor College of Medicine for 12 years. Morsi founded Noha Neurovascular, a “Medical Devices Company” in 2011 and serves as its President. He has over 25 patents and pending applications for advance medical devices to perform advance neurosurgery. Morsi also holds an Executive MBA from Jones School of Business, Rice University.
