Leonard Harp

Biography

Leonard Harp is the Chief Marketing Officer of DAMORPHE. He is also an executive of DAMORPHE’s selected affiliates and SBUs, currently focused on energy and energy transition.

As our CMO, Harp spearheads creating and accelerating DAMORPHE’s marketing strategy and brand recognition. He is focused on driving the company vision and thought leadership to promote our exceptional product innovation and purpose driven initiatives. He is additionally responsible for marketing programs, brand management, and corporate sponsorships.

Harp has spent over 36 years with Schlumberger in various leadership roles. During his tenure, as the US Land Business Development Manager and Sales Director, he was accountable for development of their marketing strategy across US Land. His responsibilities included global account management, business development, long and short-range marketing plans, formulated sales strategies with a dual focus on market share and profit margin, while insuring superior service delivery. Leonard developed a strategic five-year key technology roadmap that impacted global operations, established many world firsts within the assigned segment resulting in $23.3 million in savings and increased revenue by 63% from $40.3 million (2004) to $65.8 million (2005). He guided the account management and pricing strategy for all sales opportunities, awarded a three-year contract extension valued at $48 million. Leonard negotiated and was awarded several key global contracts, valued at over $233 million.

Post Schlumberger, Harp assumed responsibilities as the Sales and Marketing Director for C&J Energy Services and later as the Director of Marketing and Business Development for GR Energy Services. At C&J he was responsible for all product lines, Frac, Wireline, Cement, Coil, Rigs, and Artificial Lift. Leading a team of 12 sales engineers and 1 Business Development Manager (BDM), he was deeply involved in their tender strategy and target account sales. He implemented a 3-year strategy increasing C&J’s revenue by over $200 million USD. At GR, Leonard was responsible for overall sales effort and direction as well as functional management of sales team, high-level customer contact focused.
