Rashi Kashyap is the VP, Information Systems of DAMORPHE.

Complementing her education in Biosciences with computing skills, as a STEM major, Rashi, expanded her soft skills to strategic technical sales and business development. She has since honed her marketing skills and sales tutelage, successfully bridging technology gaps and delivering solutions, both as a result-oriented contributor and motivated manager. Rashi is proficient in CRM processes with hands-on experience working with Salesforce. Her computing skills encompasses database design, and development on many “Open Source Technologies”. As a “Quality Analyst” she has conducted analysis of key competitors for use by sales and marketing teams in business development and negotiations. She has been instrumental in expanding businesses, establishing client accounts and strategic partnerships. Rashi also brings exceptional skills and experience in acquiring new accounts and their management. Adept in introducing new products and services to existing and potential clients, directing development of software systems and coordinating global operations and offsite teams, including talent identification and recruitment, Rashi bring exceptional forte to our organization.
