
Rosemary McDonald
Biography
Rosemary McDonald is the Chief Sustainability Officer of DAMORPHE. She is also an executive of DAMORPHE’s selected affiliates and SBUs.
With the guidance of our Chairman, his ESG vision and direction for green innovation and sustainable technology development goals, McDonald oversees the overall execution, mission, and efficacy of our sustainability program and her department. McDonald works closely with DAMORPHE management, employees, customers, and shareholders to address our approach to environmental responsibility with the goal to minimize our environmental impact. Her job encompasses assessment and analyzes of DAMORPHE’s policies and processes to identify areas and processes as examples, energy use, conservation, reduction of pollution, recycling, building and facility design, to which improvements can be made in accordance with our commitment to sustainability. She continuously evaluates our production, manufacturing, shipping and receiving processes as they relate to sustainability and environmental impact regulation compliance. McDonald has planned and will be leading periodic brainstorming sessions and identify creative ways in which DAMORPHE can balance business obligations with the goal of respecting, supporting, and improving the local and global environments. To support regulatory directives, McDonald ensures company’s compliance with all state and federal environmental statutes and regulations.
To hone her skills and augment her job function, McDonald plans to attend and complete a 3 week program on Sustainable Business Strategy at Harvard Business School.
